Removal of data after request for account deletion
Dear Users,
Please take note that all stored data (e.g., name, NRIC, address, mobile number, account activity, etc.) will be permanently deleted from our database after the account is successfully deleted. Reinstallation of the app, or new signups will be reflected as new accounts with no record history.
Your account will remain active for 7 days upon submitting a request for account deletion, and any logins detected during this period will cancel the request. Upon successful account deletion, all data linked to your account will be deleted.
Inactivity
If your account remains inactive for one year, it will automatically be deactivated. All linked data will subsequently be deleted if there is no request for reactivation within 7 days. Deactivated accounts and deleted data cannot be restored.

How to request to delete your account on THK mobile app

Navigate to "More" tab in the mobile app.

Fill in the details in the request form.
- You have cancelled all upcoming activities and bookings.
- You have used all vouchers or points issued to you. These will not be claimable or reinstated after account deletion.
- You will no longer be able to use this application or retrieve old account data such as your participation and/or volunteer history.
- You will be required to create a new account if you wish to use this app again after account deletion. Old data will not be restored.
- Our organisation may retain some information from your account for business and/or legal purposes only as far as necessary.
