I agree to the collection and use of my personal information by SRC for purposes including but not limited to identity/license/skill verification, communication, volunteer deployment, training, grant claims, as well as security clearance where required.
I understand and accept that I may be featured in photos, videos, and any form of publications / collaterals / media coverage by SRC and/or its partner organisations through various projects, regardless of the platform. I also release and discharge SRC from any and all liability - whether the same is intentional or otherwise; and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.
